Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as stated here:

• "Platform" refers to the 8ifb website, its mobile version, and all services operated under it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has created an account on the platform or is using its services.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile created for each user.
• "Bet" refers to any sports betting, casino game, or virtual gaming activity involving a monetary stake.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional benefit, free bet opportunity, or additional funds offered by 8ifb.
• "Taka" or "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), which is the sole transaction currency of this platform.

Account Registration & Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use any service on the 8ifb platform:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is only for those aged 21 or older.
• Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if this occurs, 8ifb reserves the right to cancel all associated accounts.
• Information provided at the time of account registration — name, date of birth, contact details — must be truthful and accurate. Accounts may not be opened using false information.
• Account passwords and login credentials must be kept completely confidential. Login details must not be shared with anyone else.
• If criminal or fraudulent activity is detected on an account, 8ifb may immediately suspend or cancel that account.

Deposits & Withdrawals — Payment Policy

All financial transactions on the 8ifb platform are processed through Bangladesh's Mobile Financial Services (MFS). Currently accepted payment methods are:

• bKash — BRAC Bank's mobile wallet service.
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
• Upay — UCB's mobile financial service.

Financial transaction terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes after a successful request.
• Account verification (KYC) may need to be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, 8ifb reserves the right to temporarily suspend the withdrawal process.
• If evidence of financial fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity is found, the funds in the account may be confiscated.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonus offers from 8ifb are provided subject to specific conditions. It is important to understand these conditions carefully before accepting a bonus:

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; or depositing ৳12,000 gives a maximum ৳8,000 bonus, totalling ৳20,000.
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed. Example — ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.
• Bonuses may only be used on approved games and categories.
• Each promotional offer may have separate terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
• If any bonus abuse or an attempt to meet wagering requirements through artificial means is detected, the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be confiscated.
• 8ifb reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus programme at any time.

Betting Rules

All types of bets on the 8ifb platform — sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and so on — are governed by the following policies:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled; however, if a bet is voided due to a technical error by the game provider or the platform, the staked amount will be refunded.
• For sports betting, the official announcement of the relevant sports authority is considered final in determining results.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error or technical malfunction, 8ifb reserves the right to void that bet.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and others); their fair play policies also apply to those games.
• If a connection is lost mid-game due to a network disconnection or any technical issue, the result will be determined based on the provider's last confirmed state.

VIP Programme & Cashback Benefits

The 8ifb VIP membership programme is divided into five tiers. Regular weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP membership terms:

• VIP tier progression depends on overall activity and participation on the platform.
• Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and credited to the account.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable — meaning they apply only to the account holder in question.
• 8ifb may modify the VIP programme structure at any time, but users will be notified before the changes take effect.

Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited. Violating these restrictions may result in account cancellation and balance confiscation:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets through artificial means to meet bonus wagering requirements (for example — betting from multiple accounts on opposing sides).
• Using computer programs, bots, or automated software to gain an advantage.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Conducting fraudulent activities against other members.
• Allowing or facilitating a minor to use an account.

Privacy & Data Protection

8ifb treats the protection of users' personal information as a top priority. The following policies are in effect regarding this:

• The platform uses SSL encryption technology, which keeps all financial transactions and personal information secure.
• A member's personal information will not be sold or transferred to any third party, except where legally required.

Limitation of Liability

8ifb will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
• Natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Amendments to Terms & Effectiveness

8ifb reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Regarding changes:

• Users will be notified through appropriate channels before significant changes take effect.
• Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
• If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable for any legal reason, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
• These terms and conditions are written in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive version.
